A contracted food worker for an elementary school in Texas has been arrested after police found a small camera hidden inside a boy`s bathroom. Scott Gelardi, 42, has been charged with possession of child pornography with intent to promote and invasive visual recording after the small device was discovered beneath a toilet paper dispenser in one of Northside Elementary School`s restrooms.
